My Suggestions

I think we should have a Bingo Book. It can list all of the missing-nins and anyone with a bounty. The missing-nins would be labeled as a certain ranked criminal depending on their kills, like 50 kills would make them C-Rank Criminal, and of course, Akatsuki would consist of only S-Rank Criminals, People should also be able to place a bounty on someone even if they're not missing-nin and the first player to kill them would receive that bounty (also a good way to make money since you don't start off with much ^^) The person would be taken off the list when they're killed unless they're a missing-nin (they would stay in the Bingo Book) and the bounty is taken off them. Missing-nins would have limits on how much can be placed on them for a bounty, like C-rank is like ¥10,000 maybe and S-rank can have maybe ¥100,000 on them ^^
